Mariangely Gomez-Melendez, known by her clients and peers as “Mara,” is a highly respected board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an autonomous license and a thriving career in aesthetic medicine. With over 8 years of combined experience in nursing and advanced practice, Mara has become a trusted name in non-invasive cosmetic treatments, where her passion for science meets her natural artistic sensibility.
Mara began her journey in healthcare with a deep-rooted desire to help others feel confident and empowered. Her transition into aesthetic medicine was driven by her fascination with facial anatomy and her talent for enhancing natural beauty in subtle, elegant ways. Claire Laure Lazarre, APRN FNP-C
Over 8 years of experience in Nursing, expanding my knowledge and career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I completed my Bachelor's in 2014 and my Master's Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2019. Throughout my career, I have worked in Progressive Care, Trauma, Labor and Delivery, Triage, Home Health, Hospice, Sexual Assault and Telemedicine. I have also mentored and trained numerous novice nurses. My experiences as a bedside critical care nurse and home health nurse have all shaped my practice to work well with all populations, embracing all diversity, where I can help maximize healthy lifestyles.
Additionally, I have provided services in primary care, weight loss programs, bio-identical hormone therapy, ozone and IV therapy, and seek to provide overall wellness through a holistic approach. Along with my ability to speak 3 languages (English, French and Creole), I am dedicated to providing patient-centered care, while prioritizing safety and prevention

Litzy Diaz is licensed Medical Esthetician with a passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best through customized, science-backed skincare. With over a year of experience in the aesthetics and medical spa industry, she specializes in results-driven treatments that enhance skin health, confidence, and natural beauty.
Her journey into esthetics began with a deep fascination for both the science of skin and the art of wellness. After completing her formal esthetics training at LaSalle Tech, she pursued advanced certifications in medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, brazilin wax, and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments. She has the honor of working alongside Mara Gomez, APRN and industry-leading professionals, further refining her skills and knowledge in the medical aesthetics field.
At the core of her practice is a belief in personalized care. She understands that every client’s skin is unique, and so is their journey. That’s why she takes time to listen, assess, and create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual concerns—whether it's acne, signs of aging, hyperpigmentation, texture, or overall skin rejuvenation.

I do also like to make sure clients see our fun and silly side, so that they know everyone is welcome here, whether you’re having a bad day or great one, we are always here to make our clients feel and look their best.
