By subscribing, you are entering into a 12 month membership contract with My Doctors Live MediSpa. I authorize My Doctors Live MediSpa to charge my credit card $30/month for 12 months. There is a 30 day minimum for cancellation notice. Cancellation notice must be sent to medispa@rcelive.com

This membership plan immediately entitles me to:

• $2 off per unit of your choice of toxin  
• 1 complementary Lipo Mino per month 
• 1 complementary lip flip with purchase of minimum of 30 units of toxin 
• Exclusive access to members only events and new treatment launches
• $10 Birthday Credit

*If membership fee is not paid for more than a month, the plan is terminated and all future benefits are forfeited. No freezing of the plan. Cannot be combined with other offers.
